A tunnel style incubator is commonly made out of aluminum steel or stainless steel. It contains hot-dipped galvanized racks, also called trolleys, where the eggs to be incubated are secured. Tunnel style incubators can hold up to more than 60,000 eggs at one time. Tunnel style incubators come equipped with a pneumatic powered egg turner which, as the name implies, turns the eggs in the incubator on a regular basis. This is to ensure that a constant temperature is evenly distributed among the eggs to be incubated.
